Information we collect

When you submit a request, we may collect your name, email address, description of the requested work, uploaded files, correspondence and request reference number.

Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents or information that you do not have permission to share.

Why we use your information

We use your information only to review your request and prepare a quote; communicate with you; complete and deliver agreed work; maintain the security and proper operation of the service; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal bases for processing are taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performing an agreed service, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service.

Service providers and payments

We may use necessary technical service providers for website hosting, file storage, email delivery, communications and payment processing. They receive information only where required to provide their services.

SEND2FIX does not collect or store payment-card details. Approved payments are completed through an external payment provider.

Some technical providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer will take place only through a legally recognised transfer mechanism and with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep information

Requests that are not accepted, together with their uploaded files, are deleted within 30 days after the request is declined or closed without an agreement.

For accepted requests, uploaded files and completed deliverables are deleted within 30 days after delivery.

Limited correspondence, transaction or administrative records may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or establish and defend legal claims.

You may request earlier deletion by emailing send2fix1@gmail.com with “DELETE” and your reference number. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing, receive applicable data in a portable format or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may exercise these rights by contacting send2fix1@gmail.com. We may request reasonable information to confirm your identity before completing a request.

SEND2FIX does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or with the competent data-protection authority in your country.

Submitting a request is not a purchase. We first confirm whether we can help, the exact deliverables, delivery time and a fixed price. Work and the stated delivery period start only after you approve the quote, complete the agreed payment through an external payment provider and provide everything needed for the order.

One reasonable revision means one set of changes within the originally agreed brief. New content, a new direction or additional formats may require a new quote. We do not invent CV credentials, guarantee sales or authenticity, or promise results outside the agreed deliverable.
